Greetings! My name is Arthur Bernier Jr. aka 'Big Poppa Code', A Black Software Engineer 🧑🏾‍💻: An entrepreneur at heart, investing in real estate, digital assets, startups, and options trading, with a love for basketball and anime. I'm a seasoned Software Engineer with a deep expertise in JavaScript technologies, including Node, React, and VueJs. My passion extends beyond coding; I am dedicated to assisting businesses in engaging their ideal audience. I have held many positions, some of which are, a Tech Lead at a Billion Dollar Space Scale Up, a Senior Engineer at a black owned media juggernaut, CTO at a 7 figure venture backed start up, a Coding Bootcamp Instructor at the biggest coding bootcamp in the world teaching over 600 students and a Senior Director at a National Non-Profit Technical Education Company. Through strategic communication, I help forge strong connections between brands and their communities, fostering trust and loyalty.
My Mission is to revolutionize how technology is perceived, making it accessible, understandable, and impactful for a broader audience. Mambascript
MambaScript is a high-level programming language designed to compile into ES5 JavaScript, offering an exceptional blend of readability and simplicity. This makes it an ideal choice for beginners seeking an accessible entry point into programming. The language is crafted with three specific users in mind:
1.Freelancers who prioritize productivity and need to revisit their code years later with ease, ensuring quick comprehension of their past work.
2.New programmers struggling to grasp the meaning behind their code. MambaScript's readability is unparalleled, facilitating an easy writing and learning experience.
3.Myself, as I yearned for a language that combines the readability of Python or Ruby, the flexibility of JavaScript, and a typing system akin to TS, all while incorporating keywords and syntax that resemble everyday language. Unable to find such a language, I explored various tools to create MambaScript, a language tailored to my needs and aspirations.
Why MambaScript? The name reflects the essence of what this language aims to achieve. Drawing inspiration from the mamba snake, just as Python does, MambaScript emphasizes strict indentation to enhance code cleanliness and readability. The term "Script" acknowledges its roots in scripting languages like JavaScript, while also nodding to the concept of Mamba Mentality. This mentality played a pivotal role when I transitioned from treating coding as a hobby to embracing it as my full-time profession. Despite financial hardships, my mindset and determination never wavered. I committed to honing my skills daily, embodying the relentless spirit of Mamba Mentality. This language is a tribute to that journey and to the legendary Kobe Bryant. RIP Kobe.
